1.     Modes of Payment

2.     Delivery Location

Currently all items are delivered only within Singapore.

3.     Delivery Charge

Free Postage delivery to a single local address for all iPhone/Touch Accessories or Gadgets only.

FREE doorstep delivery for all perfume purchases!

A flat rate of S$5 will be charged for doorstep delivery to a single local address.

SPECIAL PROMOTION: Doorstep Delivery Charge WAIVED for orders S$50 & above (For a limited time only)

NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO POSTAGE DELIVERY SERVICE FOR PERFUMES AS IT CONTAIN MUCH HIGHER RISKS OF DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS.

4.     Delivery Time
Once order has been confirmed and payment received, you will be contacted for delivery details via email/sms. You should receive your delivery between 3 to 5 working days subject to stock availability.

5.    Extra Payment Charges

There will be no extra charges even though PayPal charge iTradeXpress.sg for receiving payments through them. We absorb all the charges to let our valued customers have a hassle free shopping experience.

6.     Returns
You can have our assurance that we deliver only quality and healthy products.
1 for 1 exchange for items with manufacturing defects/faults.
-receipt must be produced as proof of purchase.
-exchange items within the warranty duration as stated only
