- You can be assured that all our perfumes are 100% genuine. Our suppliers are reputable companies. We do not have a boutique of our own, thus we are able to offer to you the best price in town.

What are the payment methods?
- We accept all major credit cards via PayPal and direct bank transfer (DBS/POSB).

What are the delivery modes?
- For perfumes, we will deliver them right to your doorstep, for FREE. So you can sit back and relax while shopping with us. In any case if you need your purchases urgently, you may choose to self collect.

What if I buy perfume products and Accessories products together? How are the delivery method used?

- If you buy both perfume products and Accessories products together, iTradeXpress will deliver the products to your door step for FREE!

How long do I have to wait for my perfumes to arrive?
- It will take 3 to 5 working days. However, if we are not able to deliver your orders within 5 working days, we will inform you instantly.

Do I have to pay the PAYPAL extra charges if I choose to pay via PAYPAL?
- There will be no additional charges of customers pay via PAYPAL. Any extra PAYPAL charges will be borne by us.

Can orders be changed after a payment is made?
- Changing of orders will be allowed if your order is still not processed. No refunds will be given if changed product is of lower amount than the amount previously paid. You may wish add on to your orders and top- up for the differences.

What if there is no stock after payment have been made?
- If payment has been made and there are no available stocks, www.itradeXpress.sg will allow customers to change their order. Otherwise, customers will be put in the back- order list, whereby your orders will be delivered only in the next 14 days.
NOTE: Cash refunds are possible, but subjected to www.itradeXpress.sg approval.
