Is it safe to shop online at www.itradeXpress.sg?
- www.itradeXpress.sg has a security enabled payment program installed. We will verify with our customers for all payments received.
What are the available delivery methods?
- Postage service and Self collection only.
What if I buy perfume products and Accessories products together? How are the delivery method used?
- If you buy both perfume products and Accessories products together, iTradeXpress will deliver the products to your door step for FREE!
Do you offer any discount on multiple products purchased?
- This will be subjected to ongoing promotions. Do visit our website for updates.
Is there any discount for bulk/volume purchases?
- Yes, we can discuss this further if you wish to order in bulk. Please feel free to contact us.
Do you handle International orders?
- No, we only trade locally for now. However, if you’re really keen, you may feel free to contact us.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
- Yes you can, but provided that www.itradeXpress.sg acknowledges the notice before delivering/sending out the goods.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept payment by all major credit cards through PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.
After Ordering
What is my order status? And how long will it take to process my order?
- Status will be updated to you either by SMS/email. Handling and packaging will take not more than a day. You can expect to receive your orders within 3-5 working days.
How do I cancel my order?
- Orders can be cancelled by SMS/email but subjected to www.itradeXpress.sg approval. If items are already mailed/ delivered and payment received, orders shall remain valid.
When will a replacement be sent?
- Only for items with manufacturing defect under warranty shall be entitled to a 1-1 exchange. The defective item must be sent back to us along with the blown packaging and receipt. You can choose to mail the item back to us or come directly to us for exchange.
Can I add an item to my order?
- Yes, you may make amendments to your order. Just give us a notice before the item is being sent/delivered to you. As for the change in price, we shall contact you directly to arrange for payments.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
- You can contact us immediately by email/SMS to rectify this issue.
Will www.iTradeXpress.sg be responsible for lost of mail?
- We will not be held responsible for any loss of mail by Sing-post. A way to prevent this issue is to have the items delivered by registered mail. But in this case, buyer must state the special request in the order form while checking out. And also, buyer has to bear the cost of registered mail.
